Shelia and Charlie welcome
you to 'Redburn' at Lochdon, Isle of Mull.
This well established modernised
croft house is situated on the shores of Lochdon. Only three miles from
the Craignure ferry terminal, it is an excellent place to start exploring
our lovely island. We have beautiful views across the loch and abundant
wildlife at close quarters. Including the majestic White tailed Sea Eagle,
Golden Eagles, Hen Harriers and many other raptors. Lochdon is a stop off
feeding station for a wide variety of waders ducks and water fowl. From
late May and through June, the many varieties of wild orchids make a splendid
display for the wildflower enthusiast. There are wonderful local landscapes
for walkers, geologists and bird watchers to enjoy. There is a golf course
at Craignure and also at Tobermory. |

Redburn offers en suite facilities
in all rooms and we have two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom
available. Each room has its own view, either to the front over Lochdon
or to the rear and our well maintained and colourful garden.
All rooms have television
and tea and coffee making facilities with home baking, heaters, electric
blankets and hair dryers.
Home cooking is our speciality
and guests are welcome to bring their own wine. A full Scottish breakfast
is served and evening meals are available as required. However Sheila needs
to know the night before if you require an evening meal. |
